Holistic, evidence-based therapy for people ready to get out of their heads, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that actually feels good to live.
Hi, I’m Crystal — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holistic therapist, and professional flow artist.
My approach blends modern psychology with mind-body healing, creativity, mindfulness, movement, and the science of flow. Depending on what feels supportive to you, our sessions might include EMDR, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness, visualization, EFT tapping, flow psychology, or simply sitting together and having a really meaningful conversation.
And if sitting in an office isn’t your thing? We can take therapy outside with walk-and-talk sessions by the water in beautiful Jupiter, Florida.
I’m warm, down-to-earth, open-minded, and collaborative. I’ll sit with you through the hard stuff, challenge you when you need it, celebrate the hell out of your growth, and probably make you laugh somewhere along the way.
Because sometimes therapy involves crying. Sometimes it involves laughing. Usually, with me, it involves both.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Together, we’ll explore what works for you — your personality, your nervous system, your goals, your beliefs, and the kind of life you want to create.
Come as you are. Let’s figure out where you want to go.
There can be room for science and spirituality in the same conversation.
My work is grounded in clinical training, psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic practices while remaining open to the parts of human experience that don’t always fit neatly into a textbook.
If spirituality is meaningful to you, it can have a place in our work.
I’m comfortable exploring topics like intuition, purpose, consciousness, meditation, manifestation, near-death experiences, psychedelic experiences, grief and what may happen after death, or those big existential questions that tend to show up somewhere around 2 a.m.
And if none of that resonates with you? That’s completely welcome too.
Being spiritually informed doesn’t mean imposing spiritual beliefs on you. It means creating a space where you’re allowed to explore your own.
You bring your worldview, your questions, and your experiences. I bring curiosity, clinical grounding, and an open mind.
You don’t have to choose between therapy that respects science and therapy that respects your spirituality. There can be space for both.
Whether you're looking for an anxiety therapist in Jupiter, a trauma therapist, ADHD support, grief counseling, or online therapy anywhere in Florida, my goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and practical therapy experience that helps you create meaningful, lasting change—not just during our sessions, but in every area of your life.
I currently offer in person individual therapy services in Jupiter, FL and telehealth throughout the state of Florida.

Healing isn’t only about understanding what’s holding you back. It’s also about discovering what helps you come alive.
Flow is a psychological state of deep presence and engagement — those moments when you become so immersed in what you’re doing that the noise in your mind quiets, self-consciousness fades, and you feel fully connected to the present moment.
As The Flow Therapist, I bring an extensive background in both flow psychology and movement-based flow arts into my therapeutic work.
Through the lens of flow psychology, we can explore what helps you experience greater presence, motivation, confidence, creativity, meaning, and engagement in your life. Your flow might be found through movement, music, art, nature, sports, writing, work, relationships, or something entirely unique to you.
For clients who are interested, I also offer movement-based therapeutic experiences using flow arts as a creative, somatic complement to traditional therapy. Rather than only talking about what you’re experiencing, movement gives us another way to work with the body and nervous system.
Flow-based movement can be used to practice mindfulness and present-moment awareness, develop confidence and a sense of mastery, encourage play and self-expression, and build body-based coping skills for navigating stress and difficult emotions.
You don’t need to be coordinated, athletic, or have any experience with flow arts. There’s no performance and no expectation to be “good” at it. The goal is the experience: getting curious, moving your body, learning something new, and discovering what happens when you give yourself permission to play.
Sometimes healing looks like talking. Sometimes it looks like moving. And sometimes, it looks like finding yourself completely lost in the flow.
